P686 can be used either as a large rescue/ lifeboat.
As a work boat or as a support boat for larger vessels.
Just as the Panther 484, the “big sister” P686 can withstand
severe wear and tear and sharp object impact.
Because to the efficient hull shape and relatively light
construction therefore the P686 has an
operating range of up to 200 nm. (equaling approx. 8 hours)
MOST IMPORTANTLY THE P686 IS REGISTERED FOR 8 PERSONS, AND HAS LARGE DECK SPACE MAKING IT A WELL SUITED BOAT FOR SAR OPERATIONS.
